Having examined my loan portfolio, I certify that:

1. All customer liabilities of Dollars 200 Million or more of any description under my control can be classified as safe, with the exception of:

a) Those accounts that have already been placed on the Problem Loan and for which a Problem Loan Reviews have been submitted.

b) Those accounts listed below, the repayment of which, in my view, are in doubt and could involve BANK in a possible write-off or provision in excess of my delegated lending authority.

2. Appropriate corrective action is being pursued on each problem loan under my control.

3. All loan accounts, which have unsatisfactory features, which give rise to concern for safety of the credit facility, have been reported to the next higher level of authority with the exception of those listed below.
